Shortly after Queensgate Investments bought the 906 Bedroom Holiday Inn Kensington Forum, the 5th largest hotel in London, Tierneys was appointed as Managed Service Provider, for the IT Networks, Systems and Services there.

Tierney’s have been our chosen IT Supplier for almost 3 years and in this time whether it’s the engineer onsite installing new PC’s, the sales or support team on the phone or their POS Team conducting F&B Aloha training, the team from Tierney’s are dedicated to our business. They recently upgraded the guest network infrastructure to provide a fully managed and seamless roaming W-Fi experience for our guests, this was a complicated project but as always they showed dedication and professionalism in the job. Our Aloha POS System has been in place since the beginning of 2017 and since we have seen significant increases in our bottom line with our guests benefiting from quicker wait times. Aloha is an easy to use system and our staff love how easily and quickly they can take orders, change menus or run operational reports.
