We at Johnnie Fox’s Pub have used Tierney’s as our preferred contractor for our electronic POS till system (NCR Aloha) for over 5 years now. In this time we have found them to be pro-active as well as instantly reactive with customer support and on occasion when needed they have gone that extra mile in problem solving (outside of normal parameters) which is exactly what we need and expect from a contractor supplying a key sensitive area such as POS tills. At Shannon Springs we are very satisfied with the Aloha Point of Sale system for the Bar and Restaurant. It is an easy system to learn and the reporting functionality is extremely comprehensive and helps us to make decisions about the operations of the business efficiently. Our front of house staff love the new Tablet mobile ordering solution, it allows us to give a more personalised service to our customers not to mention an improved speed of service too.

Kelly’s Resort Hotel have worked with Tierney’s Automation for over 20 years. We are a 118 bedroomed Resort hotel with three restaurants, 2 bars, Spa and have 90% occupancy through the year. Tierney’s are a vital component in the day to day running of our hotel IT system i.e., servicing our main hotel server, computers and responsible for all IT maintenance throughout the Hotel.
